脱硫泵产品特点
脱硫泵是一种能适应各种不同的工况条件的泵，如输送酸、碱性清液或料浆；冶炼行业各种腐蚀性矿浆；硫酸行业各类稀酸；环保行业各类污水等。该泵既耐腐蚀又耐磨损，使用范围十分广泛。具有如下特点：
Desulfurization pump is a kind of pump which can adapt to various working conditions, such as conveying acid, alkaline clear liquid or slurry; various corrosive slurry in smelting industry; dilute acid in sulfuric acid industry; sewage in environmental protection industry. The pump is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and has a wide range of applications. It has the following characteristics:
1） 强大的耐磨性：过流部件全部采用钢衬超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)制造，超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)的耐磨性居塑料之首，比尼龙66(PA66)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)高4倍，是碳钢、不锈钢耐磨性的7-10倍。
1) Strong wear resistance: all flow passage parts are made of steel lined ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE). The wear resistance of UHMW-PE ranks first in plastics, which is 4 times higher than that of nylon 66 (PA66) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and 7-10 times of that of carbon steel and stainless steel.
2） 强大的耐冲击性：超高分子量聚乙烯的冲击强度位居通用工程塑料之首，是(丙烯腈／丁二烯／苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)的5倍，且能在零下196℃下保持稳定，这是其它任何塑料所没有的特性。
2) Strong impact resistance: the impact strength of UHMWPE ranks first in general engineering plastics, which is 5 times as much as that of (acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene) copolymer (ABS), and it can be stable at - 196 ℃, which is a characteristic that no other plastic has.
3） 优良的耐腐蚀性：该泵在一定温度和浓度范围内能耐各种腐蚀性介质(酸、碱、盐)及有机溶剂，在20℃和90℃的80种有机溶剂中浸渍30d。外表无任何反常现象，其它物理性能也几乎没有变化。
3) Excellent corrosion resistance: the pump can withstand all kinds of corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents in a certain range of temperature and concentration. It is immersed in 80 kinds of organic solvents at 20 ℃ and 90 ℃ for 30 days. There is no abnormal phenomenon on the surface and almost no change in other physical properties.
4） 无噪音：超高分子量聚乙烯冲击能吸收性为塑料中最高值，消音性好，从而在输送过程中最大限度的减小了液体流动产生的噪音。
4) No noise: the impact energy absorption of UHMWPE is the highest value in plastics, with good noise attenuation, so as to minimize the noise generated by liquid flow during transportation.
5） 安全可靠，无毒素分解：该泵所采用超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)化学性能极其稳定，因此亦适合在食品行业使用。
5) Safe and reliable, no toxin decomposition: the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) used in the pump has extremely stable chemical properties, so it is also suitable for use in the food industry.
6） 摩擦系数低：该泵的内部的摩擦系为仅为0.07-0.11，故具有自润滑性。在水润滑条件下，其动摩擦系数比PA66和聚甲醛(POM)低一半。当以滑动或转动形式工作时，比钢和黄铜加了润滑油后的润滑性还要好。
6) Low friction coefficient: the internal friction system of the pump is only 0.07-0.11, so it has self-lubricating property. Under the condition of water lubrication, the dynamic friction coefficient is half lower than that of PA66 and POM. When working in the form of sliding or rotating, it has better lubricity than steel and brass with lubricating oil.
7） 抗粘性好：超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)抗粘性极好，抗粘附能力与PTFE相当，因此在输送一些黏度较高的介质时亦表现突出。
7) Good viscosity resistance: ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has excellent viscosity resistance, and its anti adhesion ability is equivalent to that of PTFE, so it is also outstanding in conveying some medium with high viscosity.
