| 脱硫泵制作材质 Making Material of Desulfurization Pump 脱硫泵常见为卧式悬臂式单级单吸离心泵，是专为输送含有细颗粒的腐蚀性介质而设计开发的，脱硫泵常见材质为塑料泵(常见材质为UHMW-PE等)和金属泵(常见材质为Cr30,2507等)，过流材质要求为耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐冲击(因为脱硫泵出口无阀门，为防止液体的巨大水锤效应，所以要求泵体耐冲击)、耐温(一般为零下20度至90度)，北方要求机封无外接冷却水系统，泵体内部提供自冷却。 Desulfurization pumps are usually horizontal cantilever single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps, designed and developed for transporting corrosive media containing fine particles. The common materials of desulfurization pumps are plastic pumps (UHMW-PE, etc.) and metal pumps (Cr30, 2507, etc.). The overflow materials require wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance (because of desulfurization pumps). There is no valve at the outlet. In order to prevent the huge water hammer effect of liquid, the pump body is required to withstand impact and temperature (generally from minus 20 degrees to 90 degrees). In the north, there is no external cooling water system for the seal, and the pump body is required to provide self-cooling. |
